Obama takes a dump...
Figurines known as “caganer” of U.S. President-elect Barack Obama are sold at the Santa Llucia Christmas market in central Barcelona December 1, 2008. Catalans hide “caganers”, or defecators, in Christmas Nativity scenes then invite friends to hunt for them during Christmas celebrations. The “caganers”, which symbolise defecating and fertilizing the earth, are believed to bring prosperity and luck for the coming year.

For less than 18 dollars he can be yours...
YES WE CAN!
Obama kind of crapped on his far left supporters today when he announced he would not levy any windfall taxes on the oil companies.Looks like he's listening to advice from the free traders on his economic team.Thats encouraging.
I wonder how that'll go over with the economic gurus at LC's?
We should start a pool guessing a date the leftwing loons will begin to turn on Obama.
By no means did I ever consider voting for Obama but let me honestly say so far I'm a bit impressed by his choices,in general that is.
I agree to a point...LOL
I guess it depends on how much koolaid they drank.
I'm waiting to see how things go in the first 6 months or so after he's inaugurated.
I expect Mike and Bart to convene another economic summit within the next few days.
I'm really surprised they were'nt asked to be on Obamas economic team or at least asked to appear before congress to submitt their ideas.
I got a chuckle how the loons accepted Hillary as SOS...personally I think Obama followed Vito Corleone's advice...keep you friend close and your enemys closer.
It's a wonder Bart ever made any money at all the way he talks, Mikey though I think his money is ALL talk.
It surprised me there wasn't more outrage about him keeping Gates on...
I agree with you Volt, time will be the telling tale.
It should be interesting how the MoveOn bunch, who really helped get Obama elected will react when they dont get everything they've been asking for.
I agree with you on Gates, there really was'nt much of an outrage.
I"ve been impressed with Gates and wished Bush had dumped Rumsfield for him years ago.I think Bush was paying too much attention the Cheney on that one...in my opinion Rummy was a horses ass.
I breezed thru the LC postings...I'm amazed at those two idiots wanting to put Bush before a firing squad.
I always thought LC started off as a "Christian/Political" blog....damned if those boys dont have a lot of pent up anger in them.
LOL, yeah there isn't much "Christ like" on that whole board.
It looks like they basically only have 2 choices; turn ON Obama or spin FOR Obama. I'm suspecting that the LC crowd has ultimately settled on the latter choice....for now. Speaking of Obama, I'm somewhat surprised at his political deftness. Like with Summers - instead of trying to get him confirmed at Treasury (where women's groups would absolutely blow a fuse at his confirmation hearing), he put him in a position where no confirmation hearing is necessary. To be honset with you, I don't even think that Bill Clinton would have been able to negotiate that better. P.S. Voltron, did you get my E-mail?
I took a peek at LC tonight and boy oh boy am I glad I did Louis Rukeyser and Warren Buffet (a.k.a Mike and Worf) were holding yet another economic summit.I hope someone from the Obama economic team checks that blog, they've got to get these two wizard on board in D.C..
I was so damn impressed that I called my broker at Fidelty, left him a voice message telling him I no longer needed his services,I'm now gonna take my financial advice from Moe and Curly at LC.
Man I'm gonna sleep like a baby tonight.
Clif seems to be the odd-man (no pun intended....alright it WAS intended LOL) out. Hope he's O.K.. Oh my God, I'm worried about Clif.
